Privacy Policy — Şimdi Pixi

In short

Şimdi Pixi has no accounts, no sign-in, and keeps no personal data on any server. Your habits, cues, history, and mascot live only on your device. Delete the app and all of it is gone.

One exception: anonymous usage analytics so we can tell which parts of the app actually help. You can turn this off in settings.

Data that stays on your device

Stored in your device's own storage and never transmitted:

• Habits you create, their names and identity statements
• Your cues (e.g. "after breakfast")
• Daily records: what you did, when, and for how long
• Streak, light, level, badges, finds
• Settings (language, theme, sound, reminder time)

These may be included in your iCloud backup; that is entirely controlled by Apple's backup system.

Anonymous usage analytics

We use Aptabase to understand which parts of the app work. Aptabase is privacy-first: it stores no persistent device identifier, uses no advertising ID, and does not track users across sessions.

What is sent — event names with numeric or categorical values only:

• Which screens are opened
• Task type (timed / count / one-tap) and duration
• Ratio of planned to actual time
• Habit maturity stage and repetition count
• Setting changes (language, theme)
• App version, OS version, country

What is never sent:

• Your habit names, cues, or routine names — these are your own words and never leave the device
• Name, email, phone, location
• Advertising or persistent device identifiers
• Any free text

Turn it off under Settings → anonymous usage stats. When off, no events are sent.

Notifications

If you enable reminders, notifications are scheduled locally on your device. Nothing is sent from a server and no content leaves the device.

Third parties

• Apple — App Store distribution and optional iCloud backup

No other third parties receive data. There are no ad networks, tracking tools, or social SDKs.

Children

The app is not directed at children and does not knowingly collect data from them. No personal data is collected at all.

Deleting your data

Remove everything on device via Settings → erase all my data. Deleting the app does the same. Anonymous analytics cannot be linked to a person and therefore cannot be deleted individually; turning analytics off stops any further data being sent.

Changes

If this policy changes, this page is updated and the date above changes.
